Effective Advertising and in Store Design

Ever since I left college I have been helping friends and clients with their businesses. I get involved with the advertising and in store design. For years I have been learning how to use suggestion and subliminal advertising to boost sales and create a more relaxed and customer friendly atmosphere. Currently I do privet consulting for every kind of business, from electronics to paper towels and kids shoes.

I usually try to create new and exiting strategies to suggest to my clients. In the past some have been very successful while others have not shown real results. Recently I told a friend he should try mannequins. I was just thinking it would be worth a try to relax on "reinventing the wheel" and try some old fashion grass roots techniques.

He was a bit surprised to hear me suggest something that did not have my personal touch and creativity but he said he would give it a try. We looked for mannequins for sale on line and got some display mannequins. They were very graphic and the on line store had massive selections.

From female mannequins to child mannequins there were even senior mannequins if you could believe it! Anyhow we bought a few and took them over to my friends clothing store and set up. It was interesting how the display mannequins seamed to give the store a new life. The place began to look animated. We set two male display mannequins up at the front and a slender female mannequin next to the dresses and shoes we also got another two children mannequins and put them over by the children's section.

I was a bit nervous to see whether or not the mannequins we bought would make any deference in terms of sales. I have seen many times were in store redesign and decoration have made a pronounced effect of profits and customer shopping experience. But until then I had not worked with mannequins. It was no question that the store looked better with regard to the display mannequins, they defiantly gave to a new flavor and environment but would it reflect in the sales? I didn't know.
